Ranking Hamptons and North Fork Businesses Before Memorial Day
The East End economy is unique on Long Island. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, search volume for Hamptons restaurants, North Fork wineries, Sag Harbor hotels, and Montauk fishing charters can be five to ten times the off-season baseline. A hospitality business in Southampton or a winery in Cutchogue that does not rank by mid-May has missed the season.
The implication for SEO: East End businesses need their rankings built in January through April, not June.
