We have three published retainer tiers: $499 per month (Starter), $999 per month (Growth), and $1,999 per month (Scale). Each tier includes a defined scope of work — see the comparison table for what's included at each level. Ad spend, when applicable, is always separate and goes directly to Google or Meta. No setup fees. No long-term contracts.

The Starter tier is best for solo founders or small businesses establishing foundational visibility. It includes Google Business Profile setup and weekly posting, basic on-page SEO of your existing website, 3 to 5 location or service landing pages, monthly performance reporting, and one 30-minute strategy call per month. Best ROI when you have an existing website and need to grow local visibility.

Growth is our most popular tier. It includes everything in Starter, plus 8 to 12 location/service landing pages, HIPAA-safe Google Ads management (ad spend separate), HIPAA-safe email nurture sequences for medical clients, quarterly competitive audits, and a monthly strategy call. Best for established businesses ready to scale beyond local.

Scale is for multi-location practices, group businesses, or companies generating $1M+ in revenue. It includes everything in Growth, plus per-location SEO management, Meta Ads via Conversion API, custom CRM integration, bi-weekly performance reviews, and a dedicated senior strategist as your point of contact.

No. All retainers are month-to-month. You can pause, scale up, scale down, or cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We earn your business with results, not contracts. The vast majority of clients stay for 12+ months because the work compounds — but you are never locked in.

Yes. The published tiers are starting points. Multi-location franchises, enterprise B2B, and high-volume e-commerce clients usually need custom scope. We also do one-time projects: website rebuilds ($3,500 to $15,000), SEO audits ($1,500 to $3,500), content packages ($800 to $5,000). Tell us what you actually need.

No. The published monthly rate is the total agency cost. The only thing not included is ad spend (when you run Google Ads or Meta Ads), which goes directly to the ad platform — never marked up through us. We will recommend a budget after the initial audit.

Just give us 30 days notice. We pause the retainer, hand over any work-in-progress documentation, and you can resume whenever you are ready. We have had clients pause for a season and resume — no penalty, no re-onboarding fee. We have also had clients leave for a competitor and come back; we welcome them back too.
