At MIS Services Inc, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to delivering measurable results for every client. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our terms regarding refunds, service cancellations, and the process for raising concerns. We encourage you to read this policy before engaging our services.
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new service engagements. If you begin a new campaign or service with MIS Services Inc and are not satisfied with the quality of our work within the first 30 days, you may contact us to request a review of your account. We will work with you to resolve any concerns, and in qualifying cases, issue a partial or full refund as described in Section 3 below.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in the value we provide. We do not guarantee specific search ranking positions, leads, or revenue outcomes, as digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our direct control (competition, algorithm updates, client-side response times, etc.).
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our team using one of the methods below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is preferred):

Please include in your request: your full name, company name, service(s) in question, the date your engagement began, a brief description of your concern, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the timing of the request. Please review the following categories:
One-Time Setup Fees
Setup fees cover initial work such as account configuration, keyword research, campaign architecture, website audits, and onboarding tasks. These fees represent work that is completed at the start of an engagement.
- Within 7 days of payment, before work begins: Full refund of setup fees.
- Within 7 days of payment, after work has begun: Partial refund based on the percentage of setup work not yet completed, as determined by our team.
- After 7 days or after deliverables are provided: Setup fees are non-refundable once the work has been delivered, as the value has been transferred to the client.
Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services include ongoing SEO, Google Ads management, social media management, content marketing, and similar recurring services.
- Within the first 30 days (new clients only): If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work in your first billing cycle, you may request a refund of up to 100% of that month's retainer fee under our satisfaction guarantee, subject to our review.
- After 30 days: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for work already performed. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prepaid multi-month packages: If you have prepaid for multiple months and wish to cancel, we will refund unused full months. Partially consumed months are not eligible for refund.
Project-Based Work (One-Time Projects)
For fixed-scope projects such as website design, website development, or custom content creation:
- Before project kickoff: Full refund of any deposit paid.
- During the project (milestone-based): Refunds are available for milestones not yet started. Work already completed and delivered is not eligible for refund.
- After final delivery: No refunds are available once the final deliverable has been accepted or the project has been marked complete.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Third-party advertising spend (Google Ads budget, Meta Ads budget, etc.) — these funds are paid directly to ad platforms and are outside our control.
- Domain registrations, hosting fees, or third-party tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf.
- Rush or expedited service fees.
- Work completed under a custom or negotiated contract where separate refund terms have been agreed upon in writing.
4. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your services with MIS Services Inc at any time. However, we require a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to cancellation for all ongoing monthly retainer services. This notice period allows us to properly conclude active campaigns, document all work, and transfer assets to you in an orderly manner.
To cancel your services, please submit a written cancellation notice to contact@misservices.us with your company name and the service(s) you wish to cancel. Your cancellation effective date will be confirmed in writing by our team.
During the 30-day notice period, all contracted services will continue as normal and fees will remain due. Cancelling without the required notice period may result in a final invoice for the notice period amount.
5. Pause Requests
We understand that business circumstances change. If you need to temporarily pause services rather than cancel, please contact us. We accommodate pause requests on a case-by-case basis, typically for a period of up to 60 days. Services on pause may be subject to a reduced maintenance fee to retain account access and configurations.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 15 days of the charge in question. We are committed to resolving all billing disputes fairly and promptly. Please do not initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us directly — we are always available to resolve issues and a chargeback process can create unnecessary delays for both parties.
7. Modifications to This Policy
MIS Services Inc reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
For clients with active contracts, any changes to this policy will not affect the terms of their existing written agreement.
